We do not ship directly anywhere outside of the United States and its territories and protectorates. Basically, anywhere the US Postal Service ships without customs forms is available for direct shipping.
UPS shipping is not available for addresses outside of the 50 states.
However...
If you are located outside the US & territories, you may ship to a freight forwarder with a location in the US, and have them help you with the customs and international shipping arrangements.
We have no association with any freight forwarders (and frankly, not much experience with them) so you are on your own to find one that fits your needs.
Once you have made arrangements with the forwarder, place your order on the website and
- Put your own billing address in the billing address. This will ensure your bank will recognize you and authorize the international transaction.
- Put the freight forwarders address in the shipping address. This must be an address in the US. They should have also given you a customer #, or box #, or some kind of code to associate your package to your shipping account with the forwarder. Make sure that is included in the shipping address.
Be aware that the shipping charges we include in your transaction only cover the shipping from our warehouse to the freight forwarder. There will be additional charges from the forwarder to get your package from them to the final destination.
There may also be additional charges for insurance and customs fees. Screen Printers Warehouse cannot help you with any business that occurs after the package arrives at the forwarder.
